Delivery & Return
Domestic delivery
UK mainland parcels are sent via tracked express delivery (1-2 working days) at flat rate of £4.99. Delivery is Monday to Friday only. Cut off time is 12pm.
For Saturday delivery, the charge is £9.99 + VAT. Order before 12pm Friday.
Please note - our delivery charges are per 30kg box. Additional charges may apply if multiple boxes are required. We will inform you of this if needed.
Exchange or Return of Goods
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The products must be received by us within the 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@dailydealsaura.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 working days to inform us of any issues or discrepancies with your order, after 3 working days we may not be able to assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned if opened or seal broken or if mentioned before purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
